Manual Handling Regulations 1992

Every business is legally obliged to ensure that it's workforce know the correct handling and lifting procedures.

Back problems are one of the major causes of absenteeism in the workplace. Over one-million people are affected every year.

Exemptions

The MHOR do not apply to the master or crew of a sea-going ship or to the employer of such persons in respect of normal shipboard activities under the direction of the master.

Course Duration 3 Hours

Assessment/Certification

Assessment is carried out during the course and each delegate will receive a Certificate valid for 3 Years.
